Our Bass Fishing Clubs

Maine is a premier bass fishing destination and the Kennebec Valley can be considered the center of it all.

In fact, the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce received the 2017 Award for Marketing and Promotion at the Maine Office of Tourism because of the committee’s hard work promoting fishing in the area. The director of the tourism office remarked, “[they are] an inspiring example of asset-based marketing and the power of storytelling. Telling the story of fishing in their region has helped build awareness of the world-class fishing available in Maine.”

Because of this, fishing is expected to be as popular as ever this season. You definitely don’t want to miss out, so here’s a list of a few great bass fishing clubs in both Kennebec and Somerset counties:

Classic Bass Masters

Information: The Classic Bass Masters are known for co-hosting the Special Olympics Tournament on Cobbosseecontee Lake.

The Bass Federation of Maine

The Fall Guys

Information: True to their name, the Fall Guys hosts fishing tournaments from October-December.

Kayak Bass Anglers Of Central Maine
